MJ Donnelly awarded Best Construction & Property Team 2022

MJ Donnelly Quantity Surveyors took center stage when they were awarded Best Property and Construction Team at the Newry Chamber Awards gala event on Thursday, 8th September 2022.

The judges commented on the team’s outstanding performance and contribution to meet challenges and help the consultant achieve exceptional results over the past two years.

Managing Director Michael Donnelly accepted the award on behalf of the MJ Donnelly team from award sponsor Anthony Boden, Managing Director and Sean Grant, Director of Digney Grant Insurance Brokers

He commented: “The team have put in incredible work over the past two years, supporting our clients through the impact of the Pandemic”. It has been a difficult time to be a QS with cost inflation hampering the sector’s recovery. Our team has expertly guided clients through the significant cost inflation in the construction industry by working hard to apply cost control on projects.
