Bills of Quantities
We assisted the Main Contractor appointed under a pre-construction services agreement. Our team produced approximate bills of quantities at RIBA stage 3 to allow the contractor to tender work packages with their supply chain. We provided design gap analysis and a risk register. At RIBA stage 4 we produced a detailed Bill of Quantities, whilst ensuring all areas of risk were accounted for.

We are assisting our client LGHHM with their Mult-Million pound investment to transform the public spaces across their 52 hotels. The Open Lobby concept is designed to provide guests with one multi-faceted public space to eat, meet, relax, socialise and work as they choose. The new Open Lobby concept is ongoing in Holiday Inn Oxford, Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport and Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC.
